Soul and Mindfulness
The simple practice of being in present can benefit children to relive the stress and being happy. Meditation, Yoga and Gratitude are at the core of our program. We aim to inculcate values like Compassion and care in our children from early age. Our Students connect with nature and practice learning values via various activities planned in their school routines. Respecting cultures, being grateful, and developing empathy towards others .Indian Values are taught as part of our daily experiential routine.
